Laurel leaf oil
Classically used as a massage oil or bath additive, but especially for effective compresses, bay leaf oil can be used very well.
Contents: 100% pure organic laurel leaf oil, 20 ml
How it can be used:
As a massage oil
For a massage, mix the bay leaf oil with a so-called carrier oil. Drizzle 5 drops into 25 ml of sweet almond oil and use it to perform the pain-relieving, antispasmodic massage.
As a bath additive
Bay leaf oil in the bath is effective against pain and tension. For a cream bath, mix about 10 drops of oil with about 30 ml of cream and add the mixture to the running bath water. This also helps with rheumatic pain.
Against insects
Drip a drop of the oil on a small cotton cloth and place it in the affected area.
For a beautiful complexion
Add 2 drops of the oil to 500 ml of warm water and soak cotton cloths with it. Place them on your face for 10mins.
Compresses
Boil 200 ml of water and pour it into a glass. Drip 5 to 7 drops of bay leaf oil into it and soak the compresses in it. Then put them on the areas affected by pain or skin rashes and irritations.
