Production
Our oil factory is located in Antalya, Turkey. The production capacity for vegetable oils is 50 tons per month and for essential oils 10 tons.
Cold pressing
MyBIOLIO stands for cold-pressed, 100% single-variety vegetable oils from first pressing with the highest quality standards. We are very selective when it comes to our raw materials. For the daily production of our exquisite oils, we use only selected, flawless oil seeds and kernels.
Steam distillation
Our precious essential oils come exclusively from the leaves, flowers, seeds, fruits, branches and roots of plants. The oils are produced by the method of steam distillation. We use this method because it yields exceptionally pure and clean products, allowing temperature-sensitive aromatics to be collected.
Our tools of the trade
The fact that we produce our oils 100% pure, in first pressing or by the method of steam distillation is not only due to our quality standards, but also has taste and nutritional reasons.
Because no other processes elicits the delicious oil from the oil fruits so carefully. The valuable substances are fully preserved and are expressed in the aroma, taste and color typical of the variety.

Sustainable action
We respect living ecosystems and are careful with natural resources and energy. MyBIOLIO is committed to the value-added and holistic use of raw materials and does not use chemical pesticides, mineral fertilizers or genetic engineering.
We only use the oil of plants from controlled organic cultivation. Only natural sprays of herbs, oils and minerals may be used. The so-called weeds, i.e. the undesirable wild weeds growing nearby, are not chemically eradicated but laboriously weeded by hand. Instead of synthetic fertilizers, we use compost and practice crop rotation.
With controlled organic cultivation, we not only want to protect the environment, but also ensure that our oils are contaminated with as few pollutants as possible.
