You can make your own roll-on for headaches using the following remedies and ingredients:
- Roll-on bottle 50 ml
- 10 drops of mint oil
- 3 drops of eucalyptus oil
- 3 drops of rosemary oil
- 3 drops of lavender oil
- 20 ml base oil, e.g. sweet almond oil
Pour the base oil into the roll-on bottle and then drizzle in the essential oils - mint oil, eucalyptus oil, rosemary oil and lavender oil. Close the roll-on and shake it so that the essential oils combine well.
In order for the essential oils to develop their full effect, you should thoroughly cleanse your skin and remove any make-up before use. This allows the ingredients of the essences to penetrate the skin unhindered and relieve the headache. Gently glide the roll-on over the forehead and temples during application. Supportively, it also helps to apply the essential oil on the neck area. Repeat the process several times during the first hour. Be careful not to let your eyes come into contact with the essential oil.
For colds
The menthol ingredient helps clear the airways, which helps relieve cold and flu symptoms. Thanks to its secretory and antibacterial properties, stuck mucus can be easily and effectively loosened with the help of mint oil inhalation.
